Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of ContentHub, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of Service

ContentHub is a content operations and AI search visibility (GEO) platform that enables users to:

• Plan and manage content sprints, topics, and editorial calendars
• Track AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other LLMs
• Connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to view performance data
• Use an MCP server interface for AI assistant integrations

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

When you sign in with Google, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile (email, name, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Google Service Integrations

ContentHub integrates with Google Analytics and Google Search Console via OAuth. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access your data under the scopes you approve (read-only). You acknowledge:

• Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ContentHub for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use automated scraping or data extraction tools against the platform
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to ContentHub without written permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

ContentHub and all associated content, code, and trademarks are the property of Infrasity. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your own content and data you bring into the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ContentHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from Google integrations will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infrasity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ContentHub, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting team@infrasity.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ContentHub after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking formal legal remedies.
