Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Infrasity("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Infrasity ContentHub(also referred to as "GEO Dashboard"), a content operations and AI search visibility platform. By using ContentHub, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
1a. Google Sign-In Data
When you authenticate via Google, we receive and store:
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your Google profile picture URL
- A unique Google user identifier (UID) used solely for account management
We request only the email and profile scopes for authentication.
1b. Google Analytics Data (analytics.readonly)
When you connect your Google Analytics 4 property, we request read-only access via the Google Analytics Data API (analytics.readonly scope) to read traffic metrics and engagement data for your dashboard.
We access this data only on your behalf. We do not store raw GA4 data beyond what is needed to render your dashboard, and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
1c. Google Search Console Data (webmasters.readonly)
When you connect Google Search Console, we request read-only access via the Google Search Console API (webmasters.readonly scope) to display keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and CTR data in your dashboard.
This access is strictly read-only. We never modify or delete Search Console data. It is used only to display insights within your dashboard and is never sold or shared.
1d. Usage Data
We may collect anonymized usage information (page views, feature interactions, browser type) to improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authentication: Google account information is used solely to authenticate you and manage your account.
- Dashboard functionality: GA4 and Search Console data is fetched on-demand and not retained beyond what is needed for performance.
- Service communications: We may use your email for account-related notifications. You may opt out at any time.
- Platform improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve ContentHub.
3. Google API Data — Limited Use Policy
ContentHub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve features you explicitly use.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or create advertising profiles.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide ContentHub, and only under confidentiality obligations.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you have given explicit permission or it is required for security or legal purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored in a secured database. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to make API calls on your behalf. We implement TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Tokens are stored only as long as you maintain a connected integration.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or Google API data to any third party. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
6. Your Rights and Controls
- Revoke Google access: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions to revoke access at any time.
- Disconnect integrations: Disconnect Google Analytics or Search Console from ContentHub settings at any time.
- Account deletion: Email team@infrasity.com to delete your account and all associated data.
7. Cookies
ContentHub uses cookies and local storage for session authentication only. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
8. Children's Privacy
ContentHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of ContentHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
