AEO Audit

Analyze your content's answer engine optimization performance.

AEO Audit evaluates how ready your content is to be crawled, understood, and cited by generative AI engines. Where the rest of the GEO Dashboard tells you whether you're being cited, AEO Audit tells you why: surfacing the technical and structural issues (missing structured data, poor crawler access, unclear page structure) that keep otherwise-good content from being picked up in the first place.

It's split into three purpose-built tabs, from broadest to most specific:

AEO Audit page with Domain-Wide Audit, Single Page Audit, and Docs Audit tabs, showing scored categories, an overall score, and separate AEO/GEO scores
AEO Audit: Domain-Wide Audit tab, with the Single Page Audit and Docs Audit tabs alongside it.

The three tabs

  • Domain-Wide Audit: "Site crawl · all pages." Crawls your whole domain and runs 60+ specialized checks per page to find high-level technical blockers, like missing structured data or pages AI crawlers can't access.
  • Single Page Audit: "Single URL · 50 checks." A deep, line-by-line diagnostic on one high-value URL at a time, for precise content-level fixes rather than a site-wide summary.
  • Docs Audit: "Documentation quality · AI-ready." Purpose-built for technical documentation, API guides, and code examples, checking that reference material is formatted so AI models can cleanly extract and cite it.

Start wide, then go deep

A natural workflow is Domain-Wide Audit first to find your worst-scoring URLs, then Single Page Audit on each one to fix the specific issues, reaching for Docs Audit instead whenever the URL in question is developer documentation rather than marketing/content pages.
