Sources

A centralized directory of every blog and content source associated with your site.

Sources scans and lists every blog publication associated with a connected website, giving you a centralized directory of that site's published content. This is the same connection that powers Importing from Blog on a sprint.

Summary stats

A row of counts across all connected sources:

  • Connected: how many site sources are linked.
  • Discovered: total posts found across all connected sites.
  • Imported: how many of those discovered posts have been imported as topics.
  • Pending: discovered posts not yet imported.

Discovered vs. Imported is a scan, not a sync

A high Discovered count doesn't mean those posts are being tracked anywhere yet: they only become topics once imported via Importing from Blog on a specific sprint. A source can sit at 0 Imported / 129 Pending indefinitely until someone runs that import.

Source list

Each connected source shows:

  • Name: the source label (e.g. company blog).
  • Status pill: e.g. Active, indicating whether the source is currently being scanned.
  • Discovery method: a sitemap badge showing how posts are being found, plus a JS badge indicating the site needs JavaScript rendering to crawl.
  • URL: the source's root URL, linked out directly.
  • Imported count: X/Y imported for this specific source.
  • Last synced: the date of the most recent scan.
  • Row actions: a live sync status (e.g. Syncing...), a settings gear, Disable, and delete.

Add Source fields are unverified

The exact fields required to add a new source (URL, discovery method, auth if any) aren't confirmed here. Worth checking the live add-source flow before documenting it as a step-by-step form.
