Content Planning
Topics
Manage individual content topics across all your sprints.
Unlike the sprint board, which scopes topics to one sprint at a time, Topics lists every topic across every sprint in one flat table. It's the view to reach for when you want to search or filter across your whole content pipeline instead of digging through sprints one by one.

Filters
- Search title or keyword: free-text search across topic titles and keywords.
- All Status: filter by a topic's lifecycle stage.
- All Hubs: filter by content hub tag.
- All Priority: filter by priority (e.g. Low, Medium, High).
Columns
- Hub: the content hub(s) the topic is tagged with.
- Publish Location: where the piece is set to go live.
- Topic: the topic's title.
- Keyword: the focused keyword, with a copy-to-clipboard icon.
- US Rank: the topic's current keyword ranking in the US. Shows
No matchif the published article isn't ranking, or–if there's no published URL yet to rank. - MSV: monthly search volume for the focused keyword.
Zero MSV doesn't always mean zero search volume
Several rows show 0 for MSV even where a keyword clearly has search demand (e.g. broad terms like "GEO Playbook"). This likely means MSV hasn't been fetched for that topic yet, rather than the keyword genuinely having no volume. Worth confirming before treating 0 as ground truth.
